Charles T. Ferber is the owner and president of the law firm. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since August 31, 2000. He is a member in
good standing with the Florida Bar. Mr. Ferber is also admitted to practice in the following federal courts:
• The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida;
• The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; and
• The Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Mr. Ferber is primarily a litigator, having tried numerous cases during his years of practice. Mr. Ferber believes in first attempting to resolve disputes through pre-suit negotiations. Often a good faith effort to resolve the clients dispute with the opposing party results in a favorable outcome at considerably less expense than litigation. Nevertheless, if pre-suit negotiations fail, Mr. Ferber has the experience and skills necessary to litigate his clients interests. Mr. Ferber represents both the plaintiffs and the defendants sides of different cases, which gives him a greater understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of litigating either position.
